These are some ways you can do on how to ruin you day. Summarizing it in top 5 steps. Based on real experiences, from friends and offcourse myself. You can do it randomly, anything from this thread absolutely will give a spoil. I’ll suggest you should do these threads everyday, so you don’t have to think about how’d your day goin, it is positively flatten.

1. Wake up no earlier than 7 am

This is the easiest way as your morning routine will be delayed firstly. Waking up in after 9 am will make you satisfied of oversleeping and it’s okay. You have to do it not sometimes, but constantly. Remember that your brain only works in its full capacity in the morning, 4 to 7 am precisely. A weird fact says you can even do activity 4 times effectively in those moments, unlike the evening when brain feels strenuous to concentrate for long time. It’s such a waste to do work in those golden time when you able to put into best activity ever: SLEEP.

2. Go checking your phone immediately

Another way to feel fully informed with unimportant information is by checking you phone. Let your body deaden along the day. In case you can swap your stretching moments with dumb scrolling while laying your potential on the pillow. This becomes comfortably destructive for your next activity. Most people will checking their emails or work, don’t bother, it can only let your body full alert and it’s very consume the energy. Just give yourself breathing space because sleeping all night never be enough.

3. Eat dessert for breakfast

Cake or chocolate are very easy to store. You can consume it as your first breakfast. All you need is dopamine from the sweet food, it contains enormous energy for the day, even if you have nothing important to do. No need to add yogurt, fruit, or veggies, they are only add more fiber and vitamins. You dont want to make your theeth weary do you? Besides you’ll have glucose spike as you eat sugar in an empty stomach. What it that? It’s a condition when you blood glucose increase swiftly and by an hour you’ll feel starving, you will eat more and more. All you have is saving your energy for tomorrow because today you already felt tired makes you slothful.

4. Watch you comfort movie along breakfast

While eating sugars, you should bring your phone and click on Netflix, choose your comfort movie. Something that you already watched will not consume your energy too much, because you don’t have to focus with the storyline. All you need is distraction for the senses, a good visual, and chattering sound so you don’t need to feel you food thoroughly. Choose your repeatedly movie will protect you from the agony of new experiences. Bring your consciousness to the shallow and painless condition effortlessly.

Just watch — chew — and repeat!

5. Let it be: Do not clean you bed!

This is absolutely consume huge amount of energy. If you clean your bed you will feel guilty to sleep again. Hence, it’ll give a motivation for you to do your planned activity and complete all you tasks. You’ll gain more satisfaction but also weariness from doing many activities, do not mind, just stay on the bed and save your precious energy to do something tomorrow.

If you can do it tomorrow, why should today?

So there are some tips how to ruin your day. You can do it once at all time or just one of it, usually one thread will lead to another. Remember, instead of getting focus on your task and accomplish it, you’d better to get caught on saving energy mode. Happy Sloth Day!
